The 7 Day Art Therapy Challenge is Coming
That's right, I'm putting together a 7 Day Art Therapy Challenge!
It's something I've wanted to do for a while. It's aimed at anyone interested in art or art therapy and I'm hoping it will be a nice little taste of the ways art can get you thinking, being mindful and working on those thoughts, feelings and emotions.
Each day is something slightly different with a nice variety in the exercises, and I'll explain what to do and what it does that makes it art therapy, and I'm hoping to include some further reading in case you really dig it and want to learn more about it.
Each day I'll share it as a post on social media, as well as in the Mind Matters Blog.
I'm of course hoping you'll get involved in the conversation and even share your work. I might even reach out to ask if I can share it. I'm really looking forward to seeing how it works for everyone.
