Shipping policy

Once your order is placed, it is sent to a company called Gelato who produce the item to order and send it out via courier service.

From my tests with Gelato, the lead time is around a week. This can vary depending on things like what country the items are being shipped to.

If you do want this product by a certain date, I'd leave a good lead time to make sure you get it in time. Items are made to order, and cannot be rushed.
