Shout: For free, confidential support via text message, text SHOUT to 85258. This service is available 24/7 for issues like anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts.

Rethink Mental Illness: Offering practical advice on therapy, medication, and rights under the Mental Health Act, their advice line is available at 0300 5000 927.

Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM): Focused on preventing male suicide, CALM provides a helpline at 0800 58 58 58 and a webchat service, both available from 5 pm to midnight daily.

Childline: For young people up to 19, Childline offers confidential support on various issues. Call 0800 1111 or use their online chat service.
