I realised today that the Birdy & Bright bank of art and wellbeing resources is now over 100 posts in size.
How cool is that?
Since I set the site up, some 8 months ago, I've been sharing posts every week, looking at various areas of art, art for mindfulness, art exercises, mental health and wellbeing. Lot's of lovely, wholesome stuff, to encourage more people into creativity, and to help lift people up.
There are 2 collections. Mind Matters is a collection of everything mental health and wellbeing related. Brush Hour has an art focus, and is where you can find all the art exercises for you to try.
When I started, I was keen to build a helpful resource for anyone looking to learn more about art for mental health. I'm super proud with what I've done so far, and I'm definitely taking a moment to celebrate it, but this is just the start.
I'm thinking about what I can do to expand on this resource, and I welcome any suggestions of features that would be helpful to you. Leave a note in the comments :)
