Seaside Swifts Poem

Seaside Swifts Poem

Seaside Swifts

Fresh, bright blue
of sea and sky.
Under currents swirl
winds whip and curl up
foaming white crests
that kiss the salty air
carrying the cries
of swooping swifts
who tell us
summer’s nearly here.
